Lisa joined the Corpus Christi team as Director of Faith Formation in September 2026. Before joining the staff, Lisa was an active member of the Corpus Christi community, with her Catholic faith at the heart of her family life, parish involvement, and volunteer ministry. Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development with a minor in Psychology from Arizona State University and previously worked in long-term residential care, working with at-risk teenagers.

Lisa and her husband, Nick, both former members of the U.S. military, moved to Lawrence in 2019 and joined the Corpus Christi community shortly thereafter. Their two younger children, Irelynd and Jameson, currently attend Corpus Christi Catholic School. Their oldest daughter, Mikayla, is a 2024 graduate of Corpus Christi Catholic School and now attends Hayden Catholic High School in Topeka.

Lisa is excited for the opportunity to serve the Corpus Christi community and to accompany children, teens, and families as they grow as disciples of Christ. She looks forward to supporting parents as they nurture the Catholic faith in their families, helping young people come to know Christ more personally, and encouraging them to build a strong foundation of faith they can carry with them throughout their lives.
